Strategic Regional HR Partner - TX, NM & West

TireHub seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Texas, New Mexico, and West regions. You will partner with leaders to manage employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and data management, while leading regional HR change initiatives. You will advise on compensation reviews, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness, traveling up to 50% to staff and support regional objectives.
