- Be the first point of contact greet clients, build relationships, and create an amazing studio experience.
- Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend the right programs.
- Follow up with leads and confidently close sales on memberships, classes, and training.
- Match clients with the right trainers and programs to maximize results.
- Support daily studio operations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Strong background in fitness, wellness, or sales (studio/fitness experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in promoting services.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who wants to grow a career in the fitness industry .
- Competitive compensation: $20/hr + commission on sales .
- Flexible scheduling (day, evening, and weekend availability required).
