Horizon Sales & Solutions is growing! We are seeking driven individuals who want to build a career in sales, marketing, and leadership. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to present communication and entertainment solutions while sharpening your abilities in consultative selling, customer engagement, and team collaboration. This role offers hands-on training and clear advancement opportunities for individuals who consistently perform.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Engage customers face-to-face to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Promote communication, internet, and entertainment services with confidence and clarity
• Build strong customer relationships through professional sales and service
• Work toward individual and team-based performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upgrades and additional services
• Maintain accurate records and follow structured sales processes
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve results and sales strategies
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, and leadership development
