Private Equity Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join a top Am Law 50 firm. This role offers the opportunity to work with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a highly regarded corporate practice.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Management – Oversee private equity and M&A transactions from inception to closing.Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents.Client Advisory – Act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with clients on deal execution.Project Leadership – Manage deal workflow and coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:4-5 years of private equity and M&A experience at a top law firm.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work closely with client business teams in a collaborative setting.Excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience required.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $310,000 - $365,000 (Final offer based on experience and location).Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and commuter benefits.Generous leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.Career development & mentorship within a prestigious firm.This is a great opportunity for a private equity associate looking to advance their career in a top-tier corporate practice.Apply today to learn more.
