Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a high-priority modernization initiative focused on replacing a legacy, end-of-life document generation system with a new third‑party vendor solution. This individual will own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end and serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors. The role is highly cross‑functional and will require strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple organizations. This is a high‑visibility initiative that directly impacts client‑facing outputs, requiring strong attention to accuracy, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Day is to Day Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and delivery Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications Define and drive integration strategy across multiple internal systems and a third‑party vendor Partner with engineering teams to support solution design and execution Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including product, engineering, compliance, and business teams Manage vendor implementation, including communication, alignment, and delivery tracking Build and maintain product roadmap and ensure adherence to delivery timelines Drive executive‑level communication and stakeholder alignment Establish success metrics, reporting, and performance tracking for document generation and distribution We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
