Description: RN BMT/ONC (10000205 - Cellular Therapies Unit) ROTATING Days of the week: Various Days Years of experience REQ: 2 year acute care BMT/Heme experience, and chemotherapy administration experience required BUT would be willing to try and screen an RN over with 1.5 years exp First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: yes per unit needs Certs REQ: AHA BLS, CO or Compact RN License, ONC cert Is on-call REQ? No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes -float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units Total Staffed Beds: 51 Charting: Epic Ratios: 3-4:1 Scrub Color: Navy Special Requirements: 51 bed unit caring for patients with blood cancers who are receiving chemo/biotherapies and cellular therapies such as stem cells transplants and CAR-T. Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs. While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios may float to sister facilities based on facility needs (metro region) LOCAL BILL RATE IS $85 IF CANDIDATE LIVES LESS THAN 75 MILES FROM FACILITY
