Registered Nurse - Labor & DeliveryLocation: Rutherfordton, NCAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Manage and care for patients during labor and delivery.Provide postpartum care for mothers and newborns.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.Monitor patient vital signs and fetal heart rates.Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.Execute clinical tasks and administer medications as prescribed.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Current RN licensure in North Carolina.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery with Charge experience preferred.Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON Fetal Monitoring.
