We are looking for a Assisted Living Nurse Manager to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to-promote patient’s being-by providing high quality nursing care.

Responsibilities: Assisted Living Nurse Manager

• Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans
• Oversee medication administration and health monitoring
• Supervise caregivers and med aides; provide training and evaluations
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Participate in audits, surveys, and QAPI initiatives
• Respond to health changes, emergencies, and family concerns
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and housing managers
• Maintain infection control standards and emergency preparedness
• Participate in on-call rotation and support smooth admissions/discharges

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Experience in assisted living or senior care leadership
• Strong clinical judgment and team management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standards
