:Role Summary

:We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to design build and operationalize next generation AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models LLMs AI agents Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG architectures and scalable cloud platforms This role requires strong Handson expertise across AI concepts model integration data pipelines and MLOpsCICD with the ability to translate business problems into production grade AI system

sBuild LLMbased AI agents capable of multistep reasoning tool use orchestration and autonomous workflow

sImplement and optimize agent frameworks LangChain LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel AutoGen CrewAI et

cEngineer robust prompting strategies memory mechanisms and toolaugmented reasonin

gRAG Knowledge System

sDesign and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG architecture

sBuild embedding pipelines using vector databases FAISS Pinecone Weaviate Azure AI Search Chrom

aOptimize document ingestion chunking strategies metadata management and rerankin

gEnsure accuracy relevance and performance of AIgenerated response

sMachine Learning Model Integratio

nApply practical ML concepts including classification clustering ranking and similarity search where applicabl

sEvaluate finetune and test models using appropriate performance metric

sData Engineering Pipeline

sDevelop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using Python and SQ

nBuild CICD pipelines for AI and ML workloads including model versioning and automated testin

gDesign and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GC

tPartner with product platform and business teams to translate requirements into AI solution

eRequired Skills Experience

:Core Technical Skills

:Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQ

LSolid foundation in AIML concepts with Handson experience deploying model

sProven experience with LLMs AI agents and agent framework

sHandson expertise with RAG architectures and vector database

sExperience implementing CICD pipelines for AI or ML system

sStrong understanding of data pipelines and distributed data processin

gExperience working on at least one major cloud platform AWS Azure or GC

PPreferred Good to Have

:Experience finetuning LLMs LoRA PEFT RLHF concept

sFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks for GenAI hallucination testing grounding latency benchmark

sExposure to governance security and compliance considerations for enterprise A
