RN Case Manager - Utilization Review (Full-Time)

Seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver quality healthcare through individualized discharge planning and timely utilization management services.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize discharge processes
- Ensuring maximum reimbursement by managing patient care efficiently
- Providing proficient utilization review and case management
- Assessing social and physical factors affecting discharge and connecting patients with community resources
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- At least three years of clinical experience; two years in utilization review, management, or case management preferred
- Current Nevada RN license
- Proficiency in computer applications including word processing and data management
- Knowledge of age-appropriate care and social determinants of health
