Your Role: As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll prepare seasonal menu items and garnishes under our culinary leaders, working both independently and collaboratively while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Essential Responsibilities: Prioritize food safety and sanitationAssemble hot entrées, sandwiches, and vegetables creatively in a fast-paced setting
Follow recipes and accommodate special requests
Prepare and set up for daily food production efficiently
Keep your work area clean and organized
Complete tasks promptly with professionalism Requirements: Essential Qualifications: At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Completed high school education or equivalent
Associates degree in culinary industry preferred
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as line cook and/or entry level supervisor experience.
Experienced knife skills preferred
Working knowledge of soup, sauce, and recipe preparation
