The Dorne Region is adding a Customer Service Associate to the team.

The role is straightforward: talk with people, listen carefully, answer questions, and help each person understand what comes next. The conversations focus on health insurance options and life benefits, but you are not expected to arrive knowing the industry.

You will learn how to:

• Handle client conversations professionally
• Ask useful questions
• Explain information clearly
• Record notes and next steps
• Stay organized with follow-up

The people who tend to succeed here are approachable, dependable, coachable, and comfortable communicating by phone. You do not need a perfect rsum. You need the willingness to learn and the discipline to keep following the process.

This is an on-site contractor position with performance-based, commission-based compensation. It is not a guaranteed hourly or salaried role. First-year earning potential typically ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 and depends on consistency, activity, and completed results.
