Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | 4x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and assess hemodynamic status of critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of open heart experience documented on resume
• Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimum of 2 years of overall RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity cardiovascular or cardiothoracic ICU environment
• Familiarity with post-operative open heart surgical patient management
