Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview Join to apply for the Member Assist Cart Attendant role at Sam's Club . The member assistant – cart attendant helps shape the member’s shopping experience by ensuring a well-kept area, assisting with purchases, and keeping carts available. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go in all conditions, to deliver a positive member experience. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist members with loading items and transporting them as needed Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and ready for use; retrieve carts as necessary Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and promoting products and services Assist with purchases, processing payments according to company policies and procedures; utilize cash registers as needed Assist with pickup orders by notifying members of delays or unavailability and offering alternatives Maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety; conduct safety-related tasks and report hazards Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
