Position Overview The Marketing Content Manager serves as the driving force behind content strategy, ideation, and execution across multiple client accounts. This role blends creative storytelling with project management, owning content from concept through publishing while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and operationally strong, able to generate innovative ideas and bring them to life efficiently. Perks Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000–$80,000 plus performance bonus Health insurance offset to support your overall well-being 401(k) with 4% safe harbor match Paid holidays plus floating holidays for added flexibility Collaborative, creative team culture with strong growth opportunities Responsibilities Lead content ideation and campaign development across social, digital, and multi-channel platforms Develop content strategies, creative briefs, and messaging aligned with client brand goals Manage content production from concept through publishing, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Collaborate cross-functionally with design, strategy, and account teams to execute campaigns Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and platform best practices to drive engagement Qualifications Experience developing and executing content strategies in a marketing, digital, or agency environment Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms Ability to generate original content ideas and translate them into actionable plans Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with social platforms, content trends, and project management tools such as Asana or similar Compensation and Benefits This role offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000, in addition to a performance-based bonus and health insurance offset.
