Unarmed Security Officer – Graveyard Shifts (Immediate Openings)

Locations: San Diego, Chula Vista, Santee, North County

Eagles Point Security is hiring professional, reliable Unarmed Security Officers for graveyard shifts . We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations.

Pay

$17.75 – $18.00/hour to start
(Rate varies based on site location and officer experience)

Position Overview

Overnight (graveyard) shifts
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Assignments throughout San Diego County

Responsibilities

Conduct routine foot patrols
Monitor and report suspicious activity
Complete detailed and accurate daily reports
Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents
Respond to incidents and follow proper escalation procedures

Requirements

Valid California Guard Card (BSIS)
Reliable transportation
Ability to consistently work overnight shifts
Strong communication and report writing skills
Professional, alert, and dependable

Expectations

This is an active overnight position . Officers are expected to remain alert, complete patrols as assigned, and document all activity accurately.

This is not a passive post— performance and accountability are required throughout the entire shift .

Pre-Screening Requirements (Read Carefully)

To be considered, applicants must:

Be available to work graveyard shifts consistently
Have reliable transportation to assigned sites
Be able to remain alert and active for the full shift
Be willing to complete detailed written reports during shift
