Job Opportunity At Nebraska MedicineGeneral job duties include basic floor care respiratory therapy: nebulizers and MDI's, bronchial hygiene (CPT), volume expansion (PEP), CPAP & BiPAP for all ages (infant to geriatric). Additional skills required include neonatal intensive care (NICU) experience, pediatric intensive care (PICU) experience, familiarity with Servoi, SiPAP, and Sensormedics 3100A (HFOV) ventilator machines, and blood gas analysis. Experience with computerized charting, supply and medication pyxis machines is also necessary.Required skills and minimum years of experience include at least two years in floor care therapy and two years in intensive care therapy. Specific licensures and certifications required include BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and RRT Certification.
