Credit ManagerNextStep Recruiting has partnered with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Credit Manager. This newly created contract-to-hire position is 100% onsite and will own the credit function, including customer credit analysis, credit limits, receivables monitoring, collections activities, and credit risk management.This position is ideal for an experienced credit professional who thrives in a high-volume, transactional environment and can independently manage the credit lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, understands the connection between credit risk and cash flow, and is comfortable working within a more manual accounting environment.Required:3–5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit analysis, collections, and accounts receivable managementStrong experience evaluating customer creditworthiness, establishing and monitoring credit limits, analyzing financial information, and mitigating credit exposurePrevious experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or similar high-volume B2B environmentExperience with GL reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial/account analysisStrong ERP and advanced Excel experience with the ability to manage a high-volume, transactional workloadBilingual in Spanish is highly desiredPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience with Oracle, SAP, Symix, or comparable enterprise ERP systemsExperience working with credit insurance providers and managing insured credit exposureKnowledge of applicable credit and collections regulations and best practicesIf you're looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a newly established credit function and make an impact within a global manufacturing organization, we'd love to connect.NextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, or applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
