Multifamily Regional Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor with a proven track record to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities across Houston, Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for maximizing the net operating income (NOI) of your portfolio through strategic expense control, revenue growth, and an understanding of the local market. You'll also develop and implement annual operating budgets, marketing strategies, and performance forecasts that support our assets' goals. What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations and performance of properties in your portfolio Empower Business Managers to lead with clarity and confidence Manage personnel, including recruiting and retaining on-site teams Manage and protect each asset like it's your own Collaborate with owners, stakeholders, and company leadership Maintain high occupancy, financial strength, and resident satisfaction Drive innovation, consistency, and efficiency across the portfolio What You’ll Bring: Minimum of five years' experience as a Regional Supervisor in multi‑family (apartment) property management required Proven success in achieving or exceeding NOI goals and performance benchmarks Experience in expense control and budget management Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Strong knowledge of the Houston‑area market and surrounding regions Ability to travel regularly between properties Bachelor's Degree preferred What We Offer: Competitive base pay ($115,000‑$120,000, negotiable based on experience) with quarterly NOI bonus opportunities based on portfolio performance Generous Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays + Your Birthday Off 401(k) with Company Match (50%, up to 6% of compensation) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans HSA Match (up to $1,200/year) Company Paid Life Insurance (optional additional coverage available) STD, LTD, Critical Care, Accident, Hospital, and Legal Plans available Employee Assistance Program Rental discount (subject to availability) To Apply: Please submit your resume and salary requirements for consideration.
