Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
- Lead and guide CNA staff
- Promote resident safety and comfort
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin LPN or RN (in good standing)
- Compassionate, patient, and service-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Excited to relocate and embrace the Northwoods lifestyle
