Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active MA state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Familiarity with the Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of assigned healthstream modules prior to start is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating spinal disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, shoulder impingement, balance impairment, and athletic injuries.
• Comfort with productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Schedule requires availability for two evenings per week until 19:30.
• Clinic hours operate weekdays with typical hours 07:00–18:00 Monday–Friday.
• Open to 4x10 schedules.
• EMR: Raintree.
