Fitness Studio General Manager
We are looking for a Sales Leader at the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Stretch Zone studio.

$45,000+ Yearly . *Excluding* Incentives, bonuses, and Commissions

Compensation / Perks:

Position:
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and studio operations .

Responsibilities of a General Manager:

• Supervises staff and sets the tone in each of our high-energy studio locations.
• Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
• Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them. 
• Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to location goals and objectives. 
• Executes implementation strategies and ongoing management of company standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals throughout the studio. 
• Regularly communicates with the owner/regional manager and corporate managers. 
• Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports. 
• Directly responsible for managing all employees of the store. Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales
• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAIL
• Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

Requirements:

• 1+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales REQUIRED , preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
• Degree in Kinesiology, Applied Physiology, Exercise Science, Fitness Management, Physical Activity, Physical Therapy, Health Science or a related field
• Fitness industry experience is a plus
• Availability for 3 days out of town for paid job training and 3 days of remote/studio sales training.
• Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
