Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health records system for accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Float to Med Surg/Telemetry units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Adhere to facility dress code and all compliance, safety, and de-escalation protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
• Minimum 3 years of ICU/CCU experience required
• Active New York State RN license (verified via current Nursys) required
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must be willing and able to float to Med Surg/Telemetry when needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have own personal vehicle
• Must have completed verbal de-escalation training through an approved provider prior to onboarding
• Must be able to complete a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large community hospital or regional health system
• Familiarity with coronary care or other specialized critical care environments
