Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume document printing, copying, and scanning tasks with high attention to detail.

Handle hospitality duties, including maintaining clean and organized kitchens and conference rooms.

Assist with mail sorting, distribution, shipping, receiving, and managing office equipment/printers.

Process sensitive and confidential legal documents under tight deadlines.

Provide professional customer support to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
