In this role, you will

• Build and ship end-to-end features : from frontend interfaces to backend services and APIs.
• Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, ollaborating on requirements, implementing solutions, testing, and iterating based on user feedback.
• Partner closely with product and design to translate ideas into intuitive high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to system architecture , helping ensure our systems remain reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Explore and adopt new technologies pragmatically , choosing tools that deliver the most value.
• Balance velocity and quality , shipping quickly while making thoughtful technical investments.
• Strengthen our collaborative engineering culture , sharing knowledge and helping teammates succeed.

Engineers at ProductNow regularly work  across the stack —frontend, backend, infrastructure, and occasionally data or ML systems. You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one, but  we value curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have experience with modern web development , including React (or similar frontend frameworks) and at least one backend framework such as Node.js, Django, or similar.
• Bring a strong product mindset , caring about building useful features and iterating based on real user feedback.
• Take ownership of problems , proactively scoping, building, and improving solutions from idea to production.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively,  working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve problems together.
• Have a learning-first attitude , excited to expand your skills across the stack.

Compensation & Location

This role is  hybrid , with an expectation to work  three days per week in our Palo Alto, California office (Tuesday–Thursday) , and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

The  base salary range for this position is $175,000–$215,000 USD per year . Individual offers will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and role leveling within the engineering team.

In addition to base salary, this role includes  a meaningful equity package and a comprehensive benefits offering .
