Title: Account Executive (AE) HVAC Sales
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with owners, engineers, architects, GCs, and mechanical contractors.
- Identify sales opportunities, develop scopes, estimates, proposals, and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and manage customer accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, lunch & learns, and industry events.
- Develop market growth strategies and sales forecasts.
- Maintain opportunities, customer/project data, and documentation in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC sales experience.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience with estimating, proposals, and contract review.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
