Jerry Seiner Collision Center is looking for an Apprentice Auto Body Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some hands-on experience in auto body or collision repair and is ready to take the next step in developing their skills.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians in a professional, well-equipped collision center while gaining valuable experience in repairing damaged vehicles and learning proper factory and dealership repair procedures.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced Auto Body Technicians with collision repairs
• Learn and perform basic repairs and replacement of damaged body panels and components
• Assist with vehicle tear-downs and reassembly
• Learn proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
• Use hand, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools safely and properly
• Assist with welding, cutting, sanding, and other repair processes as trained
• Help prepare vehicles for the next stage of the repair process
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Communicate with technicians and Estimators regarding repair needs
• Follow all dealership, factory, and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Some previous experience in auto body, collision repair, or automotive repair
• Basic understanding of vehicle body repair and shop safety
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening

Automotive school or collision repair training is a plus, but not required.
