Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide top-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The successful candidate will be adaptable, clinically proficient, and able to float across multiple campuses as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive critical care treatments and interventions to ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions using advanced equipment and promptly respond to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant certification, licensure, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Support float assignments across multiple campuses, adjusting to varied clinical settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license with verified documentation uploaded within the last two weeks.
• AHA BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Ability to adapt to different hospital campuses with minimal supervision.
• Must have reliable references from recent employment within the last year.
