Bilingual Receptionist

Community Pregnancy Center of Pasadena is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! As one of the first people our clients interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, caring, and professional environment. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Welcome clients and help them feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client communication. Support our staff with administrative and day-to-day office needs. Build meaningful connections with women and families in our community. Help create an organized, peaceful, and compassionate environment for every person who walks through our doors.
