Real Estate Operations Manager

We are looking for a driven, highly organized Operations Manager to help lead and grow our fast-paced real estate team in Anacortes, WA. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.This role is the operational backbone of the company and a direct partner to the Owner and leadership team. You will oversee team operations, support agent performance, improve systems and accountability, and help drive company growth and profitability.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. You can see the big picture while also managing the daily details that keep a high-performing organization running efficiently. You are energized by solving problems, building systems, coaching people, improving performance, and helping teams succeed.You’ll work closely with buyer agents, listing agents, ISAs, and administrative staff to strengthen processes, improve communication, increase accountability, and create a consistent five-star client experience.
