About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Manufacturing and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the VP of Manufacturing and Safety by translating strategic organizational priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring disciplined reporting and coordinated execution across the manufacturing and safety sectors. This role involves the development and management of the overall management system and organization initiatives as a critical enabler of the business. The Chief of Staff will also lead the operating rhythm, including executive deliverables, readiness assessments, and strategic planning activities, and will be a key point of contact for internal and external communication of leadership direction and expectations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 10 years' of experience leading projects that span multiple functions and organizations. The role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven track record of effective communication, data analysis, and leading through influence. The ideal candidate will have functional experience in manufacturing, safety, project/program management, or business operations, and experience with Earned Value Management or similar methods. The Chief of Staff will be expected to establish and sustain cross-functional and enterprise relationships, lead special projects, and reinforce an inclusive, high-performance culture. The position is not safety-sensitive and does not require a security clearance, but the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance is necessary.
