Summary Provide back-of-house operational leadership in a retail store, ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational procedures. Act as a key holder and manager on duty when managers are unavailable, coordinating fulfillment, client service activities, and store opening and closing. Support sales goals by partnering with sales staff and assisting with client interactions and data collection. Responsibilities Perform all back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures. Clean and prepare jewelry and handle incoming jewelry repairs. Act as a key holder and manager on duty to open/close the store and coordinate daily operational activities. Partner with sales professionals and management to support client service, follow up on requests, and drive sales objectives. Assist management in coordinating work, providing feedback on process improvements, and mentoring team members. Requirements 2-3 years prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; organized and detail oriented.
