Senior Transitional Property Manager

ROERS COMPANIES is seeking a Senior Transitional Property Manager to lead the operational transition and stabilization of multifamily assets within our Property Management & Coordination team. In this role, you will design and execute transition plans for new acquisitions and developments, overseeing budgeting, staffing, vendor onboarding, and resident communications. You will analyze property performance, implement Roers’ standards, and partner closely with onsite and corporate teams to maximize occupancy and NOI. This position thrives in Roers Companies’ entrepreneurial, collaborative culture, offering significant visibility, cross-functional partnership, and opportunities for growth across our full-service real estate platform.
