Medical Device Production Associate - Multiple Shifts Available

Monument, CO | Medical Device Manufacturing

Join a leading medical device manufacturer and help produce life-changing products used by patients worldwide. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to work in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used to manufacture medical implants

• Load materials into machines and perform standing, lifting, and bending tasks

• Package and label products in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom environment

• Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met

• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures

Shifts & Pay *

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr

• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr

• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr

*Shift times may vary by up to 45 minutes depending on department placement.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred

• Experience operating machinery or production equipment

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or regulated environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable with a strong safety mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
