Home Care Aide

No Worries Care is looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Home Care Aides, supporting clients right in their own homes. HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a dealbreaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us. What you'll be doing day to day: helping with bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules cooking meals and nutrition help caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/memory conditions using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers watching for and reporting health/behavior changes light housekeeping accurate notes engaging clients in supportive activities and CPR/first aid/infection control basics. What we're looking for: experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice attentive to condition changes hands-on compassionate ADL approach understanding of medication reminders and care plans dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus good communicator physically able to help with transfers CPR/First Aid a plus (training available) HIPAA/privacy respect openness to diverse clients.
