Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Photographer to join the NIQ Brandbank Studio team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, print-ready product images at volume while maintaining strict quality standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of product photography, lighting techniques, image quality standards, and workflow management.

This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality, print-ready images of grocery and consumer products to support data collection and digital content requirements.
• Ensure all product images are clear, accurate, legible, and comply with NIQ Brandbank quality standards.
• Maintain high productivity while consistently meeting image quality expectations.
• Prioritize workload according to SLAs, internal service KPIs, and business requirements.
• Manage daily photography workflow, product organization, and studio shelving systems.
• Resolve photography-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Process urgent and rejected products within established KPIs.
• Monitor image quality and minimize rejections through strong attention to detail.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance studio operations.
• Collaborate across studio functions as required to maintain operational productivity during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Meet daily image production targets and departmental performance metrics.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient studio environment.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in product photography, commercial photography, studio photography, or related field.
• Strong understanding of photography equipment, camera settings, and studio lighting techniques.
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and workflows.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and information security principles.

Preferred

• Experience photographing FMCG, retail, grocery, packaged goods, or e-commerce products.
• Experience working with image quality control processes and production KPIs.
• Familiarity with image editing or asset management workflows.
• Knowledge of color management, image standards, and print-ready digital assets.
