Tax Manager (Hybrid) (2 Days in Office a Week)– Tampa, FL

$140,000 – $160,000 Base + Bonus

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a Tax Manager to our team who is ready to take on a visible, leadership-oriented role within the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review tax engagements across a diverse client base, including S-Corporations, Partnerships, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships
• Work closely with partners on tax planning, advisory, and strategic initiatives
• Lead and mentor staff and seniors, supporting their technical and professional growth
• Play an active role in maintaining and strengthening our firm’s reputation in the Tampa market

What We’re Looking For

• CPA license required
• Current or recent public accounting experience within a CPA firm is required
• 5–8+ years of tax experience with a strong generalist background
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
• A collaborative mindset and interest in developing others

Compensation & Benefits
