Location: St. louis, MO Job Id: 437 # of Openings: 1 Major Job Duties Responsible for performing a variety of technical duties relating to the electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control functions of our water and water systems. Starting Pay: $37/hr What We Offer $1,000 sign‑on bonus 90% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 5% automatic company 401(k) contributionCompany‑paid life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage Stable, essential industry with long‑term career opportunity Supportive team environment with hands‑on field work and training Primary Responsibilities Install monitoring and control technologies (Hightide), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and industrial control and electrical equipment (control panels, flow meters, etc.) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems Diagnose and repair equipment, and perform circuit analysis Calibrate equipment according to specified standards Ensure that equipment and systems meet regulatory and compliance standards Participate in safety programs and work in a safe, accurate, and compliant environment Initiates work orders pertaining to utilities equipment and information systems, and ensures work orders are accurate and complete Ensures compliance with all electrical code requirements Performs work on water and wastewater system and related equipment as necessary All other duties as assigned Personal Attributes Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem Attention to Detail - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task from the beginning to the end of the project/task Communication, Oral & Written- Ability to communicate effectively with others using both the spoken/written word Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures Ethical - Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards Judgment - Ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work- related problems Responsible - Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct.
