About the Position:
Are you a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) passionate about training the next generation of healthcare professionals? The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a Surgical Technology Instructor to deliver engaging curriculum, mentor students, and model professional behavior. Your strong background as a CST will help students achieve their educational goals while promoting ethical conduct and sound educational practices. The College of Health Care Professions is an accredited Texas-based career college dedicated to providing students with innovative healthcare career training. We offer diverse allied healthcare certificates and degrees at our nine campus locations and online. Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum to help students achieve their educational and career goals.
- Promote a positive and engaging learning environment, providing tutoring and support as needed.
- Model professional behavior, language, and activities for students.
- Maintain ethical conduct and sound educational practices in all aspects of instruction.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in surgical technology or related fields.
- Strong commitment to fostering student success and professional development.
