Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

- Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on primary care .

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

- Manage and treat acute and chronic diseases and provide ongoing care for patients .

- Utilize ICD-10 coding system to accurately document patient diagnoses and treatments.

- Collaborate with other healthcare team members as needed .

- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.

- Provide health coaching to support patients in achieving their healthcare goals.

- Minimum of [1] year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
