Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Anacortes, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room during scheduled day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Fulfill on-call requirements of 4–5 shifts per month, including weekday on-call shifts (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and weekend on-call shifts (24-hour coverage)
• Maintain a 30-minute on-call response time when called in
• Participate in self-scheduling for on-call shifts following the initial onboarding period
• Adhere to monthly scheduling timelines, with drafts released on the 5th and finalized on the 15th of each month for the following calendar month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Operating Room nursing
• Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
• Availability for both weekday and weekend on-call shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Familiarity with PACU workflows or cross-functional OR/PACU environments
