We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist who is a strong team player and values flexibility to join our established practice.

• Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Position Details

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Monday - 7am - 5pm
• Tuesday- off
• Wednesday- 7-6pm
• Thursday 7-6pm
• Friday 7- 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Perform periodontal assessments and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and overall oral health
• Take and review dental radiographs as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
• Work closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver coordinated patient care
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented and patient-centered practice culture
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in daily workflow as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Professional, positive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
