O'Donnell/Snider Construction OSC began as an interior construction company, in 1991, delivering projects with unmatched customer service. During the past three decades, we have expanded to serve four diverse market sectors: New Construction, Healthcare, Landlord Services and Corporate Interiors.
Today, over 90% of our business is generated from repeat clients and referrals. Our principles have guided us from the start, they define who we are today and who we will be tomorrow.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Printing and Laminating Job Site Signage
- Basic Data Entry
o Entering Delivery Dates Into Procore
o Entering Required Onsite Dates Into Procore
o Create Project in Procore
o Creating Project Directories
o Assist Project Coordinator With Maintaining Procore Documents
- Printing, Folding, & Distributing Meeting Packets
- Project Closeout
o Collect Closeout Documents from Subcontractors
o Printing Binders
o Creating Electronic Copies and Labeling for distribution
- Making Phone Calls to Track Down:
o Submittals
o Material Delivery Dates
o Subcontracts
o Closeout Documents
o Bids
- Reception Desk Backup
- Packaging Submittals for Courier Delivery to Architect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
