In this flexible role, you’ll perform assessments, deliver skilled nursing interventions, manage symptoms, and coordinate care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, provide patient and family education, document care accurately in the EMR, and support safe transitions of care.
