Community Child Therapist - Crisis & Family-Centered Care
Communicare
Communicare is seeking a mental health clinician to provide evidence-based services in clients’ homes or community settings, coordinate medication management, and maintain documentation in an EHR system. You will work with a treatment team, participating in trainings and crisis response as directed.
