Our East Fishkill-area practice is looking for a talented, driven General Dentist to join an established and collaborative clinical team. This is an ideal opportunity for a broad-scope clinician who values quality over quantity , enjoys clinical autonomy, and wants the support and resources of a DSO while maintaining the feel of a private practice.

You’ll join a team that includes 3 General Dentists and 4 specialists across Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and Periodontics , along with experienced hygienists and a collaborative clinical environment.

As a General Dentist, you’ll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across a broad clinical scope, including:

• Comprehensive General Dentistry
• Crowns and Bridges
• Anterior and Molar Root Canals
• Extractions
• Diagnosis and treatment planning
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Delivering an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

Approximately 90% of the patient population is adult , with 10% pediatric patients.

We’re seeking an experienced clinician who is confident practicing independently and enjoys treating a broad range of cases.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of clinical experience
• Has completed a GPR or AEGD residency , preferred
• Practices broad-scope General Dentistry
• Takes pride in clinical excellence and quality outcomes
• Prioritizes quality of care over production volume
• Is motivated, driven, and committed to continued professional growth
• Creates an exceptional patient experience and builds patients for life
• Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Has an active New York Medicaid provider number

Full-Time

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Target start: ASAP / September

• 33–35% of collections
• $800–$850 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
