Position Overview Integrated Labor Solutions (ILS) is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Benefits Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Benefits Support Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with enrollment processes, resolving plan or provider issues, and serving as an advocate to address their concerns. This entry‑level position is based in an Omni‑channel contact center and provides ample training opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Hours: Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm (in office). Duties/Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails Assist customers regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes Process enrollment changes and payments Upselling and cross‑selling Distribute benefits enrollment materials and determine eligibility Collect and report on customer feedback Basic data entry Perform other duties as needed Skills Active listening Clear verbal and written communication Flexible communication styles Know how to efficiently navigate customer calls Attention to detail Time management Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Required High School Degree or equivalent Must pass background and reference checks Must be able to come into the office Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds Type at least 40 words per minute Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Preferred Spanish translator Call Center Experience Employee benefits experience (Health, Life, and/or other Voluntary benefits) About Us Integrated Labor Solutions (ILS) is a privately‑owned company that has been in business for over 22 years, with a focus on supporting public employees across the nation.
