• Lead and coordinate multiple projects, managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Gather project requirements, develop project plans, cost estimates, and logic-based schedules to support successful execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Oversee design and construction activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Partner with procurement teams to support the tendering and selection process for design and construction services.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of active Project Management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in working with large, fast paced program rollouts for the Health, Science & Manufacturing Industry.

What Sets You Apart:

• Strong estimating skills, strong technical skills (Boiler & HVAC systems).
• Aligning expectations and building collaborative teams is a must have skill.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs including Power Point as well as Microsoft Project.
• Rudimentary AutoCAD skills.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to travel 35-50% of the time nationally to visit sites where the Projects are being planned and executed.
