Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Packers to join our team at Iron Mountain in Wind Gap, PA. This role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Wind Gap, PA Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Duties: Accurately pick customer orders Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery Prepare and label shipments according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety rules and procedures

Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 3050 lbs. throughout the shift Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to work the scheduled shift consistently
