We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Flexible scheduling Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN opportunities Paid Time Off and paid holidays (full‑time) CME allowance Malpractice insurance Tennessee license and DEA reimbursement Collaborative physician support Modern electronic medical record (EMR) No hospital rounding No inpatient responsibilities Family‑oriented work culture with opportunities for professional growth What You’ll Do Primary care and preventive medicine Urgent care evaluation and treatment Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, and thyroid disorders Annual wellness exams Sports, school, employment, and DOT physicals Women's and men's health services Weight management programs Minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, and other in‑office treatments Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans Educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Qualifications Required Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Tennessee (or eligible for licensure) DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) Current BLS Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient‑centered care Preferred Two or more years of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine Experience with electronic medical records DOT Medical Examiner Certification (or willingness to obtain) About Community Quick Care Primary Care Urgent Care Occupational Medicine DOT Physicals Weight Management Men’s and Women’s Health Chronic Disease Management Minor Procedures Laboratory Services Telehealth Our mission is simple: provide high‑quality, affordable healthcare while treating every patient with compassion, dignity, and respect.
